By placing an order with Stitchman, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment Method – Cash on Delivery
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Simply pay in cash when your order is delivered to your address.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Stitchman, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

Size Mismatch – If the item does not fit as expected.

Defective or Damaged Item – If the product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects.

Wrong Item Received – If the product delivered is not what you ordered.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Exchange Delivery Charges
Customers are responsible for delivery costs associated with exchanges. All logistics will be managed through Pathao Courier.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Please note:

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Sale Items
Products purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for return. However, they can be exchanged for a different size—subject to availability.
